Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Booked & Blessed website, accounts, physical products, digital downloads, interactive planners, memberships, subscriptions, courses, certifications, and other business-education tools. By purchasing, creating an account, or using a product or service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and activity under your account. Access is for the purchasing customer or authorized business account only and may not be shared.
Products, prices, and payment
Product descriptions, availability, introductory offers, and prices may change. The price shown at checkout controls the purchase. Applicable shipping, taxes, and fees will be displayed before payment. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file. Cancellation terms are explained in our Subscription & Cancellation Terms and incorporated into this agreement.
Physical products
Processing, shipping, delivery, exchanges, and damage claims are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy.
Digital products and training
Digital downloads, interactive tools, course videos, templates, certifications, and membership content are licensed—not sold—for the permitted customer’s use. They may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, recorded, downloaded when downloading is not expressly offered, or used to create competing products. Educational disclaimer
Our materials provide business education and organizational tools. Results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. Content is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or individualized financial advice. Customers remain responsible for their business decisions, licensing requirements, client safety, records, and compliance obligations.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with website security, bypass access controls, scrape or copy protected content, share logins, upload unlawful or harmful material, misrepresent certification, infringe intellectual property, or use our services for illegal activity. We may suspend access reasonably believed to violate these terms or threaten users, systems, or intellectual property.
Intellectual property
Booked & Blessed names, branding, planners, layouts, lessons, videos, downloads, systems, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Booked & Blessed, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer with a purchase.
Third-party services
Our website may rely on or link to third-party payment, hosting, communication, shipping, analytics, or software services. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access or particular business results. To the extent permitted by law, Booked & Blessed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the products or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court located in Utah unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as products and legal requirements change. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
