Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Physical Booked & Blessed products currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing time

In-stock hard-copy planners are scheduled to ship within two business days after payment is successfully completed. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping charges

• One hard-copy planner: $9.95 shipping.
• Two hard-copy planners purchased in the same order: free standard shipping.
• Autoship orders: the shipping charge or free-shipping offer displayed during enrollment controls each shipment.

Any special offer displayed at checkout will control if it differs from the standard terms above.

Addresses and delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, deliverable address. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, weather, seasonal volume, address problems, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the contact information provided with the order. Report packages marked delivered but not received, or packages that appear lost in transit, promptly so we can help review the carrier information. Carrier investigations and replacement eligibility may vary by circumstance.

Damaged or incorrect products

If your physical product arrives with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Approved remedies are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy.
