Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final

Because of the nature of our physical planners, digital downloads, interactive tools, memberships, subscriptions, courses, certifications, and immediately accessible educational content, we do not offer returns or refunds except where required by law.

Physical-product exchanges

Physical products are eligible for exchange only when there is a verified manufacturing error, manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item was sent. Change-of-mind returns, used products, normal wear, and damage occurring after delivery are not eligible.

To request an exchange, contact us promptly after delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the product, defect, and packaging. Please do not send a product back before receiving instructions. If an exchange is approved, we will provide the next steps.

Digital downloads

Printable downloads and other delivered digital files are nonreturnable and nonrefundable once access or delivery is provided. If a file is defective or the wrong file was delivered, contact us so we can provide a corrected file or restore access.

Subscriptions and memberships

Subscription payments are nonrefundable after a billing period begins except where required by law. Cancellation stops future renewals and generally leaves access available through the already-paid period. See our Subscription & Cancellation Terms.

Courses and certifications

Course, training, certification, and bundle purchases are nonrefundable once access is granted, unless a written offer states otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy. Completion, certification eligibility, and access periods are governed by the offer purchased.
