Digital Product License

Limited personal-use license

When you purchase a digital download, interactive planner, content calendar, membership, course, certification, template, or other digital resource, Booked & Blessed grants the purchasing customer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use that product only for the purpose and access period stated in the offer.

What you may do

• Use purchased materials for your own personal professional development or within your own beauty business.
• Print the number of personal-use copies expressly allowed with a printable purchase.
• Access subscription content during an active paid term from supported devices using your own account.

What you may not do

• Share logins, files, links, videos, screenshots, recordings, templates, or substantial excerpts with another person.
• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, upload, post, publish, or give away any digital product.
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks.
• Record protected video or bypass download, access, or security controls.
• Copy the structure, design, wording, lessons, or systems to create a competing or derivative product.
• Use content to train an artificial-intelligence system or create a searchable content repository without written permission.

Team and classroom use

A single purchase does not include multi-user, team, apprentice-program, classroom, or school use unless the offer expressly says so. Contact us for the correct license before sharing materials within a team or training environment.

Ownership

All ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Booked & Blessed, LLC or the applicable licensor. Purchase does not transfer copyrights, trademarks, source files, or ownership rights.

Access and enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access reasonably believed to involve sharing, copying, security circumvention, fraud, nonpayment, or other license violations. Unauthorized use may result in legal remedies. Termination for a violation does not create a refund right.
